Hi, I'm Mel – a Health & Wellness Coach, on a mission to empower and support innovative leaders make sustainable change for optimal health and wellbeing.
Health and Wellness Coaches specialise in guiding clients through transformative change in key areas of Sleep, Stress, Nutrition and Exercise. With you firmly in the driving seat, I bring a wealth of expertise and a personalised approach to help you navigate the unknown road ahead.
I'm passionate about the transformative power of wearable health technology and deep rest. Leveraging my diverse experiences, I guide clients through life's challenges, including divorce, single parenting, chronic illness, athletic pursuits, entrepreneurship, career transitions, relocation, overcoming trauma, and managing challenging behaviors.
